In crisis? Ibraluks Foundation is not emergency care. In the US, call or text 988. Elsewhere, find a helpline. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

Peer-support community

Your story is the medicine

A calm, moderated space where people with lived experience of mental health challenges support each other, and are the main voices.

Peer support, not treatment. Ibraluks Foundation offers education and peer support only. We are not a crisis service and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy. In a crisis in the US, call or text 988. Elsewhere, see our helpline directory or call your local emergency number.

Why lived experience

Sometimes the most helpful words come from someone who has been there. Our community is led by people with lived experience of anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and stress about work and technology. Peer moderators are trained volunteers with their own lived experience, not clinicians. They listen, share what helped them, and point to professional help when it is needed.

What you will find

  • Topic spaces: everyday stress, AI and job-change worries, loneliness, caring for someone, the diaspora, and wins worth celebrating
  • Scheduled, facilitated peer circles (small groups, set times)
  • A separate youth space for ages 13 to 17 with extra safeguards
  • A pinned "help now" channel that only lists helplines, never replaces them

How to join

  1. Read the Community Guidelines and the Safety & Moderation Protocol.
  2. Confirm you are 18 or older, or join the youth space if you are 13 to 17. No one under 13.
  3. Use a nickname. You do not need to share your real name or diagnosis.

Our moderated space is opening in small groups so trained moderators are in place from day one. Join the waitlist and we will email you an invitation.

We use your email only to invite you when a space opens. Please do not share health details in this form.

Nothing posted in the community is medical advice. Moderators are not on duty around the clock, so the community must never be used for emergencies.
